March 2022 Dividends

Greetings everyone, welcome to my March 2022 passive income update.

March was a pretty quiet month for account activity for me, only 3 transactions, all within my TFSA so no fees paid for any purchases this month.

Mar 8 sold I $ITP after their sale was announced for $39.40 per share, I made 55% and never collected a dividend, I then added to my position in $ENB by purchasing 35 more shares and adding $120.40 to my passive annual dividend income.  Hoping to be able to drip 2 shares per quarter as long as the share prices stays below the $60 mark.

Mar 23 I added 15 more shares of $PPL, this adds $37.80 to my annual passive income.  I purchased these shares to try and stay ahead of the share price increase so I can continue adding a share per month via DRIP.

On March 3rd, $CNQ increased their dividend by 28% to $0.75 per quarter, this added $80.60 in annual dividend income inside my RRSP account.

In total I collected $676.08 in dividend income across my 3 accounts - TFSA, RRSP, & RESP



This total equates to a 7.8% increase from December 2021, and a 44.5% increase year over year.  Very happy with these results, and look forward to continue adding more dividend income throughout the year.

With the first quarter of 2022 already behind us, my accounts have been off to a great start.  My TFSA has grown by 35.23%, RRSP by 13.47% and my overall net worth grew by 15% through a combination of debt repayment and investment appreciation.

So far in 2022 I have collected $2230.39 in dividends, representing 28.9% of my goal of $7700.  It looks like I will need to upgrade my target if I am able to continue this pace of growing annual dividend income.  I will likely have this starting in the second half of 2022.

Greetings everyone, welcome to my first passive income report of 2022. January was a pretty quiet month for account activity, I managed to add 33 shares of Manulife Financial, and 200 shares of ARC Resources in my only two transactions of the month, both inside my TFSA.  The $MFC purchase added $43.56 to my annual income, while $ARK added $60.  The $ARK purchase came after selling my remaining 2000 shares in Athabasca Oil Corp.  I believe there were still more gains to be made with $ATH, but I wanted to move those funds into a dividend paying company.  I exited $ATH up 149%, so no complaints at all! November 2022 Passive Income

Greetings everyone, welcome to my November 2022 passive income update. November was a busy month both in terms of passive income and life.  On the 30th, my family and I said goodbye to my aunt in Winnipeg.  She lived and enjoyed every day of her 87 years on this earth, she will be dearly missed. Dividend Increases/Announcements At the beginning of the month, Cenovus ($CVE) declared a variable dividend of 11.4 cents to be paid out in December, and Tourmaline Oil Corp. ($TOU) declared a special dividend of $2.25 per share payable this month. Eight companies that I hold also announced increases to their annual dividend of varying percentages - Tourmaline, CNRL, Arc Resources, Telus, Suncor, Alimentation Couche-Tard, RBC and Enbridge kept the business news wires busy, these increases will add a total of $381.48 in annual passive income! February 2022 Dividends

Greetings everyone, welcome to my February 2022 passive income update. February started off with my second dividend increase of the year.  $BCE announced a 5% increase to their quarterly dividend to $0.92 per share on Feb 3rd, adding $11.88 to my forward annual income.  In the middle of the month, TC Pipelines ($TRP) announced a 3.4% increase and Nutrien ($NTR) a 4.3% increase, adding another $16.12 in passive income in my accounts.  The following week, Whitecap Resources ($WCP) announced a 33% increase to their dividend starting with the April payment, adding $93.96 to my annual income.  In total, I received $121.96 in dividend increases! On top of my regular contributions to my TFSA, I also added $33.45 from the Ampli app.  This app tracks your spending and rewards you with a percentage, depending on the vendor.  I received an email from them that my accounts became disconnected from their service, not sure I'm inclined to continue with their service, too many adds for vendors no
